1. How do I place an order or estimate ?
You can place your order on our website using the Order Form or Estimate Form, Click on the correct option while submitting the form.
2. How much do you charge per design?
We charge USD 4.00 per 1,000 stitches with no minimum charges.
We give volume discounts.
We do not charge for edits.
3. What is your turn-around time?
We normally deliver within 24 hours. However, we do deliver within 12 hours for rush orders at no extra charge. You will have to specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for timely delivery.
